Cubo Markets Withdrawals: Processing Times, Fees and Support

Cubo Markets · Updated 9 September 2026

Cubo Markets processes withdrawal requests on the same day and does not charge withdrawal fees. The time when the money reaches your bank account or wallet depends on the payment method and the receiving provider.

This official guide explains the difference between processing and arrival, how to keep track of a request, and where to get help.

How long does a Cubo Markets withdrawal take?

Cubo Markets handles withdrawal requests on the day they are submitted. Processing by Cubo Markets and receipt of the money by your bank or wallet are separate stages.

For an estimate of when the funds will arrive, check the information for your payment method or ask support. If the expected arrival time has passed, request the current status and a payment reference, where available, so the transfer can be traced with the receiving provider.

Are there withdrawal fees?

Cubo Markets does not apply a withdrawal commission. To understand the full payment route, check any separate terms that apply to your bank, wallet or currency conversion service directly with that provider.

Does Cubo Markets charge inactivity fees?

No. Cubo Markets does not charge inactivity or dormant account fees, as stated in section 3.5 of the Terms and Conditions.

Before requesting a withdrawal

Check the available amount in your account, the destination details and the conditions that apply to your chosen payment method. An account balance may differ from the amount available to withdraw when there are open positions, margin requirements or unsettled charges.

Read the applicable Terms and Conditions and any bonus terms you accepted. If the available balance or an account condition is unclear, ask support for an explanation in writing.

Keep a record of your request

Retain the request reference, submission date, amount, currency and payment method, together with any confirmation you receive. If you need help submitting a request, use the Contact Us page.

Use a secure support channel for account information. Do not publish passwords, one-time codes, full bank details or identity documents in a public review.

What does a payment update need to explain?

If your funds have not arrived, ask support to clarify:

A confirmation that a request has been received is different from confirmation that a transfer has been sent. If a payment has been sent, a transaction reference can help the receiving bank or payment provider investigate its status.

What if more information is requested?

Ask what information is needed, why it is relevant to the request and how to provide it securely. Keep copies of the request and your reply. If you have already supplied the material, refer to the earlier submission and ask whether it was received.

How to raise a complaint

If ordinary support does not resolve your concern, consult section 26 of the Terms and Conditions for the published complaints contact and request a copy of the complaints handling procedure.

Explain what happened in chronological order, include the request reference and relevant correspondence, and state the outcome you are seeking. Ask for acknowledgment, a case reference and the next response date. For questions about your legal rights or external escalation options, seek independent advice appropriate to your circumstances.
